• WE ENTITLE YOUR LAND FOR YOU – MEDIUM FINANCIAL RETURN - LOW RISK
You hire High Pointe Group to entitle your land, and then we sell the APPROVED PLAT to someone else. This will help unlock additional value beyond raw land and does not require a large financial outlay prior to a sale.
• WE DEVELOP YOUR LAND FOR YOU – HIGHEST FINANCIAL RETURN - HIGHER RISK
You hire High Pointe Group to ENTITLE AND DEVELOP your land, and then we sell the lots to home builders.
A. You get paid for your land when each lot sells.
B. You may (or may not) choose to also be the development-financial-partner and receive most all of the development profits.
This option will net you the most for your property, and generally will have a more favorable tax treatment.
